SEVERNSIDE UKULELE STRUMMERS ASSOCIATION  (SUSA)

CAMBRIDGE UKULELE CO-OP. (CUCKOO)

We meet every other Sunday from 2.00-6.00 pm at the Portland Arms, 129 Chesterton
Road, Cambridge [up coming meetings 11th and 25th January 2009].

Players of all standards are welcome, there are no fees or subs,
just turn up with a Uke and join in. Some informal tuition [help] for
beginners or experienced players is available as we have members
from professional standard down to absolute starters there is always
somebody around to help with technique and repertoire.


UKULELE ORCHESTRA OF SPALDING

We meet every Thursday (7.00pm) at the South Holland Centre in the middle of Spalding, Lincolnshire.  We play for an hour and a quarter and then retire to the pub across the road!

BISHOPS STORTFORD UKULELE SOCIETY (Bsus)

We meet in the function room of the Half Moon Pub, North Street, Bishops Stortford every other Monday from 7.00pm to 9.30pm.

Just come along, bring your uke, and have fun. Beginners are welcome and the Monday session starts with a practice for those new to the ukulele. Our members are at all levels and we even have one or two experts. You can come for some or all of the session. We pay £3 a session to cover the cost of spare ukuleles and events.

THE BARNSTAPLE UKULELE STRUMMERS

(BUS) started March 2009.

 

We are not officially a club, more a group of individuals who have an interest in playing the ukulele.

Our Venue is The New Inn, Goodleigh, Barnstaple. Devon. We meet on the second Sunday of every month from 7.30pm.

This is a FREE event and is open to all: experienced players, learners, or people who would like to pass on their ukulele skills to others. You can even come and watch.


We are looking for people who like to strum the ukulele and enjoy a good sing-along.

Ukuleles can be bought for as little as £10:00. This is a very cheap way to start a new hobby.
